The Hornbrook Community Service District, Board of Directors finds and determines that due to the failure of a reliable water supply to the district, All Residential Water Users shall be restricted to 200 gallons of water per house hold, per day.
Hornbrook Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
