4. PUBLIC COMMENT: Any person may address the Board at this time on any matter within the jurisdiction of the District. Any person wishing to address the Board on an item ON THE AGENDA will be given the opportunity at that time. A maximum of three minutes is allowed per person. No action will be taken on non-agenda issues:
5. Discussion and Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting, of April 14th, 2026;
6. Approve and Authorize Signatures: On the Warrant Authorization Form for District expenses received through May 12, 2026. A list of the bills to be paid will be read to the board and public at the meeting;
7. Discussion and Approve: The Recommended Budget for the Fiscal Year of 2026/2027. We need to ratify it since it was due on the first of May ist and signed and sent in on the 3rd;
8. Rate Increase: we still have to raise rates at some point. I have been talking to Artur Arseni and Garett Hattenhaue about the rates and both are helping to try to come up with a plan that will help us. I sent them my thoughts on an increase and hope to hear from them on it soon;
9. Discussion: We need volunteers to help cut back brush and weeds around the water tank, the wells and the plant. Please contact Bob Puckett at 530-598-9609 or 539-475-3730. Thank you in advance;

Board Member Comments and Questions: Members of the Board may ask questions of the staff, request reports be made at a later date, or ask to place an item on a future agenda on any subject within the Board’s jurisdiction. Directors may make comments on any topic not listed on the agenda but may not be acted upon:
